An ever-evolving mineral resource professional, Tim has in the past 21years held roles as Consultant, Project manager, and Chief Executive Officer. His journey has afforded him core project experience encompassing greenfield exploration all the way to sustainable production and rounds of fund raising in 12 countries across 4 continents. His participation has involved publicly listed Exploration and Production Juniors, Institutional fund groups, High net-worth mining investors and Governments. A wealth of personal relationships across the industry spectrum have been developed in the course of his career.

In 2015, Tim returned to Nigeria to create Motimosé who have so far assisted 15 local license holders in de-risking their mineral assets. In his other ventures at Vultus Pro Mineral Resource, he designed a specialized resource definition and monetization programme across specific African countries in a management consortium with SRK Exploration services, Excalibur and financially backed by top 10 European investment bank.

Currently, Tim is engaged as Technical Adviser to Whitesands M &E, Blacksands, Scotia Exploration UK, BlueBridge Mineral Resources, Badger Mines and a Technical Director on the board of CGMG, a mining subsidiary of the Saudi bin Laden Group. His commodities experience includes Gold, Diamonds, Tantalum, Tin, Uranium, Lead, Oil sand and Lithium. Tim is in the process of birthing a Mining fund that will cater to equity investments in Pan-African projects across a diverse range of commodities.

Chichi began her career in Chapel Hill Advisory Partners in 2005 working on various transactions in the financial institutions group before moving on to Afrinvest West Africa in 2007 working on landmark transactions across various sectors including issuance of GTBank’s US$750m Global Depository Receipts and the Lagos State N 275Billion Medium Term Notes. She joined Argentil Capital Partners in 2009 where she spent 4 years working on transactions in oil and gas, power and infrastructure sector including privatization of Kainji PLC by Mainstream Energy owner of hydro power generation assets, Reverse Takeover of Exile Resources and Listing of Oando Energy Resources on the Toronto Stock Exchange and acquisition of Conoco Philips by Oando.

Chichi has a BSc. (Hons) in Chemistry from the University of Manchester and an MSc. Finance from Cass Business School, London and sits on the board of various companies in the Mining, Real Estate, Energy, Logistics and Security sectors.

Over 40 years experience in exploration and mining in Africa, Asia, Australia and South America in seventeen different countries Specialist in alluvial exploration and mining for gold, diamonds and tin. David has extensive exploration experience as consultant and manager on varieties of minerals such as gold, diamond, base metal, tin, iron ore, pegmatite minerals, mineral sands and gemstone for mining majors and juniors such as De Beers, Sel Trust, Aredor, Esso Minerals, Freeport McMoran, Battle Mountain, Gold Fields, Ashanti Gold Fields, Rio Tinto David speaks French, Indonesian and Thai

With over 30 years, working brownfields as well as greenfield exploration (gold, base metals and diamonds) and due diligence in Africa. He has assessed numerous properties in 14 African countries and Peru including most recently the DRC and Zambia. From 2007 he has consulted and managed in the Central African Copperbelt and was a senior team member in the exploration project management of the Ivanhoe Nickel & Platinum licenses which led to the world-class Kamoa Copper Discovery. In addition to mine geology and geological survey experience, Steffen has 11 years as an independent consultant covering a wide variety of geological environments. Steffen has authored 15 publications.

Steffan is JORC / NI 43-101 certified for precious metals, polymetallics, precious stones and pegmatites.

Thompson is a Mining and Exploration Geologist with 25 years’ experience including Prospecting, Feasibility drilling, Development Geology, Mining, Grade control, Ore reconciliation and Ore Modelling with experience in Gold, Silver Aluminum Copper and PGEs. Involved in Alluvial Gold Mineral Resource Discovery and Evaluation

Thompson has overseen different Exploration prospects and production assets both in Africa and the Middle East with Mining Majors and Juniors such as Perseus Mining, Goldfields, Maaden.

Thompson’s main activities included geochemistry, gridding, Geophysical Surveys and Interpretation, Structural Logging, Mapping, and Interpretations, Regional and District geological Mapping, Auger, Air Core, RC and DD drilling and logging, Mineral Target Generations, Project Supervision and Management, Job training and mentoring of Field Geologists, and Geotechnical Engineering and Management.

Brian has over sixteen years “hands on” mining and exploration experience in Africa covering a wide range of deposit types and commodities. Brian is well experienced and exposed to the Archean greenstone belt gold, PGEs, base metals, pegmatite and industrial (carbonatites) mineral deposits of Zimbabwe and South Africa, both in mining and exploration.

He has worked in exploration and mining of various minerals and mineral deposit types in igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic terrains in southern, central and east Africa. Brian is experienced in production of technical reports for the company, joint venture partners and government bodies.

Edward is an experienced Senior geologist with a demonstrated 17years history of working in the mining & metals industry. He has been involved in the delineation of gold and iron deposits in Ghana and the Republic of Congo. He has worked in various senior roles in Nigeria, Côte d’Ivoire, Ghana, Democratic Republic of Congo, Republic of Congo, Burkina Faso, Sierra Leone and Rwanda. He has experience in the exploration of Coltan, Lithium, Gold, Iron Ore and Cu-Ag deposits.

Edward is skilled in Petrography, Exploration Management, Minerals, Modeling, and Business Opportunity Evaluation. Strong research professional with a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) focused in Project Management from Walden University.
